Workshops to Inspire Transpersonal Growth and Spiritual Fulfillment
Skeletons & Dirty Linen: How to Write an Authentic Life Story
with Eileen Naseby & Suzanne Naseby
Most of the facts and events of our lives are merely the framework within which our real living gets done. In order to tell an authentic life story we have to go beyond the periphery and find the realities that have actually shaped the core of who we are. Sometimes the truth we discover can be quite unpalatable, but it is also what makes it the most compelling reading.

A serious examination of our lives will reveal all these complexities as well as a multiplicity of unique stories. In order to be able to share our experiences we need to understand how the specific threads of our family history have contributed to our own particular story.

This workshop allows for an exploration of multigenerational family patterns and 'characters' motivations, as well as ongoing support to assist in developing your own personal creative writing style. We will work individually and in small groups. With methods such as the genogram, which is used in Family of Origin Therapy. In the morning Suzanne will show you how to pinpoint the influential ‘characters’ and ‘events’ in your family history. In the afternoon session Eileen will demonstrate how to tell your life story in an interesting way using creative writing techniques and exercises.
"It was a workshop like no other I've attended before, raw, revealing, and well worth it."
Helen, Sydney

"I had no idea I could write like that, the emotions that were present on the page truly surprised me." Katrena, Sydney
At the end of the day you will have the beginnings of a structure for your book and some short pieces of writing inspired by recovered memories and your own creativity.

These workshops are suitable for those who have just begun their memoir, as well as those who are at a more advanced stage.

SoulCollage: ReDiscover your Soul's Essence
with Suzanne Naseby
SoulCollage® is a process through which you contact your intuition and begin to create an incredible deck of cards which have deep personal meaning and which will help you with life's questions. In essence - your own personal oracle cards!

This is a multi-leveled, creative process which anyone can do.

These cards are arranged in suits to facilitate self-exploration and encourage self-acceptance. Creating and ‘reading’ your SoulCollage cards is fun, insightful and an amazing tool to assist you in rediscovering your soul's essence.

An opportunity to explore, heal, and transform the Self through the fun and simple art of collage.
This is an introductory workshop suitable for beginners to SoulCollage. In a safe and nurturing space you will be guided through the process. You will experience the magic of SoulCollage as we explore, play and create our own cards and participate in "readings".

Sessions will include meditation, creative time and space, and a supportive environment to share with like-minded seekers in a small group setting.

The SoulCollage process works with symbols, images, the chakras, animal companions and archetypes to discover the ongoing "story of you." Every card is unique and personal, forming a visual journal that you can continue on your own.

"Suzanne is a very astute and insightful woman and counsellor. My few sessions with her left me with a greater self confidence and understanding that as a woman I am in control of my life. Each week she set me a little task/challenge to work on whatever I was dealing with and I found that especially helpful." Clare, Sydney

The Dance of Devotion: A soul's journey into sanctuary
with Jo Cobbett from L.A.
This is a place to let your body land and rise; dance with delight and surrender to the sacred. To meet whatever keeps you from that state of being in a safe and grounded space that supports your unfolding.
A rising of that which serves our highest sense of self, and guides our path in the playscape of community.

This is an invitation to come together in a sanctuary of communing with the inner beloved. Meeting the mirror of that nurturance in partnerings, and expanding our heart's capacity through the passionate chemistry of group energy... where the witness affirms and supports our inner growth to wholeness.

We cannot force change, but invite it, intend it, and gently create the environment to engage the transformation we feel budding within us.

It is the joy of being that compels us to share, to love, to live a full and expressed life. That joy is in everything, waiting as a resource, to be tapped into, expanded.

Of all the things we may wish to expand our capacity for, isn't joy the one that most merits our attention?

Using music that compels, words that emerge and games that transform, and feeling real shifts occur.

A weekend of big dancing, gentle tending and wild devotion.

Discover the nature of ecstasy at it's source.

About Jo Cobbett:
Jo has been leading groups in California and around the world for 13 years. It has been her continual journey of self discovery prompting sharing the path with others. It is only through our dive into the unknown that we recognise our true presence. Jo has lovingly trained with Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms), Vinn Marti (Soul Motion), Susan Harper (Continuum Montage) and is a teacher of their works and processes. She continues to explore the terrain of the dancer, the shaman, the healer, the listener and the mystery. You may find her dancing in Los Angeles most Sundays where she has fostered a tribe of 150 weekly participants.
