SoulCollage: ReDiscover your Soul's Essence
with Suzanne Naseby
|
What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage is an expressive art process in which you construct, over time, a personal deck of unique, soul-tending cards. It is a process through which you use your intuition to connect with the wisdom of your Soul.
This is a multi-leveled, creative process which anyone can do. No art experience is needed.
We all possess the wisdom we need to solve our troubles.
• relationships • family • work • health • addiction • body image • general happiness
There are many areas of our life were we can feel stuck, where we feel something is blocking us from manifesting our deepest desires, our true intent. We recognise we are often caught in old patterns of thinking about and reacting to what our life unfolds for us.
Finding a fresh perspective of our self, our life and the troubles we experience can be the key to finding our wisdom and the answers we are looking for.
SoulCollage workshops is an opportunity to find what you are looking for, your Wise Self!
At every workshop you will start making your own amazing Soul cards by selecting images, cutting them out and pasting them onto pieces of blank card. Every workshop is suitable for beginners to SoulCollage as well as those who have made cards before and would like to work in a group,
Your facilitator Suzanne Naseby creates a supportive safe environment for you to share with like-minded seekers in a small group setting.
Each SoulCollage card you make will reflect one facet of your Self - your Soul. These facets will speak to you and the words you hear will be your own Divine Wisdom. Over time, as you make more cards, the evolving deck will reflect your many aspects, the extraordinary panorama which is ‘you’ as a whole Being.
The workshop includes:
• Guidance on how to make the cards
• All the materials you need to make cards
• Learning how to work with your cards
• How to do the "I am one who ..." exercise
• A guided meditation thru the chakras
• Working in small groups to explore your card meanings
All materials are supplied!
The cards we create are arranged in suits to facilitate self-exploration and encourage self-acceptance. Creating and ‘reading’ your SoulCollage cards is fun, insightful and an amazing tool to assist you in rediscovering your soul's essence
An opportunity to explore, heal, and transform the Self through the fun and simple art of collage.

In a safe and nurturing space you will be guided through the SoulCollage process. You will experience the magic of SoulCollage as we explore, play and create our own cards and participate in "readings".
The SoulCollage process works with symbols, images, the chakras, animal companions and archetypes to discover the ongoing "story of you."
Every card is unique and personal, forming a visual journal that you can continue creating on your own.

"Thanks so much for the last workshop Suzanne, it was the best workshop/course I have ever attended!" Cheralyn D
"I found it very powerful – thanks for helping me get into it. I’m afraid it is a struggle for me to “park” the rational/conscious (self-conscious?) brain… Thanks once again" Ruth S
"Sometimes there are things deep down inside that I want to express but just can't find the words or do not understand the feelings. Soul collage is a great way for me to get in touch things, it is my souls way of talking to me ... I also find your support during the process to be invaluable, and it was the reason I felt safe to explore the deep feelings. Thanks again." Nadia P

WORKSHOP DATES |
An afternoon of SoulCollage® journeying. Each workshop focuses on a different SoulCollage suit:
The Committee suit - our inner self, our fears and inspirations ... who is writing your life script?
The Community suit - family, friends and mentors ... who inspires you on your Soul's journey?
The Companion suit - animals and chakras ... who are your animal messengers?
The Council suit - the archetypes, the spiritual warriors ... who touches your Spirit and guides your Soul?
The 3 Transpersonal cards - Source, Witness & Soul Essence - these cards hold the space for all the other cards and the process in which we use the other cards ... they are like our altar, our church or temple.
You will be introduced to the SoulCollage process. You will learn how the SoulCollage process works and why we gain such great personal insight. You will create several of your own cards as well as learn the "I am One Who ..." exercise to explore the deeper meaning and inner wisdom of your card. On the days we work with the Campanion suit we will also journey in a guided visualisation to find your animal companions.
All in a supportive safe environment and sharing with like-minded seekers in a small group setting.

| SOLVING PROBLEMS WITH SOULCOLLAGE® |
We all need help solving problems from time to time. We might chat to a friend or a parent or our therapist or we might find our self confiding in a perfect stranger and walk away wondering why we did that.
Over the years that I have been making SoulCollage cards I have found them to be so wonderful at helping me solve problems. Whether it's because I make a card specifically for the problem or if I consult my already made cards about the problem . . . the added wonderfulness to receiving the wisdom from my cards is the fact that this wisdom came from my own creative Soul because making SoulCollage cards is a way to give voice to our deeply wise, and sometimes very quiet, Soul!
Will you come to the next SoulCollage playshop and listen to your wise Soul.

Skeletons & Dirty Linen: Creative Writing Workshop
facilitated by Suzanne Naseby & Eileen Naseby
|
Most of the facts and events of our lives are merely the framework within which our real living gets done. In order to tell an authentic life story we have to go beyond the periphery and find the realities that have actually shaped the core of who we are. Sometimes the truth we discover can be quite unpalatable, but it is also what makes it the most compelling reading.
A serious examination of our lives will reveal all these complexities as well as a multiplicity of unique stories. In order to be able to share our experiences we need to understand how the specific threads of our family history have contributed to our own particular story.
This 2 day workshop (2 consecutive Sundays) allows for an exploration of multigenerational family patterns and 'characters' motivations, as well as ongoing support to assist in developing your own personal creative writing style. Running 2 consecutive Sundays allows for 'homework' and reviewing of writing on your return.
We will work individually and in small groups. With methods such as the genogram, which is used in Family of Origin Therapy, to show you how to pinpoint the influential ‘characters’ and ‘events’ in your family history. In the writing sessions Eileen will demonstrate how to tell your life story in an interesting way using creative writing techniques and exercises. |
"It was a workshop like no other I've attended before, raw, revealing, and well worth it." Helen, Sydney
"I had no idea I could write like that, the emotions that were present on the page truly surprised me." Katrena, Sydney |
At the end of this workshop you will have the beginnings of a structure for your book and some short pieces of writing inspired by recovered memories and your own creativity.
These workshops are suitable for those who have just begun their memoir, as well as those who are at a more advanced stage. |
