The SoulCollage® process is a multi-levelled tool to assist you on your journey of rediscovery.
On the day you will start making your own amazing Soul cards by selecting images, cutting them out and pasting them onto pieces of blank card.
Each SoulCollage® card you make will reflect one facet of your Self - your Soul. These facets will speak to you and the words you hear will be your own Divine Wisdom. This is an introductory group suitable for beginners to SoulCollage as well as those who have made cards before and would like to work in a group. You will be introduced to the SoulCollage process. You will learn some of the theory behind the SoulCollage process, create your own SoulCollage card as well as participating in an exploration of its deeper meaning using the "I am One Who ..." exercise. All in a supportive safe environment and sharing with like-minded seekers in a small group setting.

Skeletons & Dirty Linen: How to Write an Authentic Life Story

Most of the facts and events of our lives are merely the framework within which our real living gets done. In order to tell an authentic life story we have to go beyond the periphery and find the realities that have actually shaped the core of who we are. Sometimes the truth we discover can be quite unpalatable, but it is also what makes it the most compelling reading.
A serious examination of our lives will reveal all these complexities as well as a multiplicity of unique stories. In order to be able to share our experiences we need to understand how the specific threads of our family history have contributed to our own particular story.
This 2 day workshop (2 consecutive Sundays) allows for an exploration of multigenerational family patterns and 'characters' motivations, as well as ongoing support to assist in developing your own personal creative writing style. Running 2 consecutive Sundays allows for 'homework' and reviewing of writing.
We will work individually and in small groups. With methods such as the genogram, which is used in Family of Origin Therapy, to show you how to pinpoint the influential ‘characters’ and ‘events’ in your family history. In the writing sessions Eileen will demonstrate how to tell your life story in an interesting way using creative writing techniques and exercises.

Shamanism is the original religion. The ‘rediscovery’ of shamanic practice may be one of the most important spiritual developments of our era.
Shamanic Pathways offers men and women an opportunity to walk the ancient path of the shaman while bringing awareness and experience of 21st century living. Contemporary shamanism merges the wealth of shamanic practises, as we know it, passed down through time from countless traditions around the globe.
In this way Shamanic Pathways is essentially a soul centred practise that brings a conscious connection to the diverse healing powers of nature, spirit energy and the human psyche. It is a personal practise incorporating the traditional way of the shaman with creative and intuitive ways of bringing wellbeing, guidance, empowerment and the expansion of consciousness.
Shamanic Pathways is an experiential workshop designed to offer a progressive and practical introduction to contemporary shamanic practise.
We believe these practises can potentially become a way of life, influencing and informing all areas of modern living. |
Over this upcoming weekend participants are introduced to core methods of how shamanic practise can assist us to enter non-ordinary reality for purpose of spiritual fulfilment, problem solving and healing.
The Shamanic Pathways weekend will include:
Shamanic journeying - The shaman’s journey explores the hidden regions of the Otherworlds. Participants experience shamanic journeying, aided by drumming and other trance techniques, to drop into the shamanic state of consciousness and awaken dormant spiritual abilities, including connections with Nature.
Working with Power Animals - Many shamanic traditions suggest that we are assisted throughout our lives by the essence of various animals. These are often called Power Animals or Totem Animals. Discovering and working with these energies can assist us to connect with the essence of Nature as guide, advisor, and healer.
Making a Medicine Bag - These are ancient items used in many shamanic traditions to spiritually represent and aid the person who wears it. They contain gifts from Nature and the Otherworlds that are spiritually significant.
While shamanism is a timeless and ancient tradition it is not unchanged by human development and understandings. This course offers an introduction to core shamanic beliefs and experiences as a stepping-stone for continuing to deepen the journey through solo exploration and events such as our upcoming Sacred Questing weekend in Sept and Shamanic Pathways residential in Oct.
The wisdom and healing of Shamanic Pathways is available to all who choose to tread this ancient path.

Suzanne Naseby is a psychotherapist with a deep connect to Nature and ceremony. Suzanne is an artist who draws inspiration and guidance from her life experience as well as her connection to community, nature, art, dance movement and her sense of the Divine.
Yeshi Eperjesi offers an integrated approach drawing from his path of thirty five years in Wilderness Education, Psychotherapy, Social Ecology, Meditation and Dance. This includes living five years on five continents learning shamanic and yogic traditions from his Teachers. On Vision Quest he guides individuals to presence so they can experience a reconnection within themselves, with the earth and with others. A pioneer of modern outdoor education and executive coaching in Australia with twelve years corporate leadership experience as Managing Director of Compass Learning at the time a highly successful Training and Development Company.
