Blue Moon: Healing Circle
facilitated by Suzanne Naseby
|
2010 is blessed with not one but two BLUE MOONS! A true blue moon occurs when 2 full moons occur in a calendar month. The second full moon is called a blue moon. This blue moon event occurs about 7 times every 19 years.
Even more rare are double blue moons, when 2 calendar blue moons occur within the same year.
The next blue moon will occur 30th January 2010 (EST) then again on the 30th March 2010. This means the second blue moon event during 2010 is a double blue moon ... a very auspicious event!
Join me and my dear friend Lucy Cavendish for a deeply restorative and healing magickal circle!!! |

SoulCollage: ReDiscover your Soul's Essence
with Suzanne Naseby
|
What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage is an expressive art process in which you construct, over time, a personal deck of unique, soul-tending cards. It is a process through which you use your intuition to connect with the wisdom of your Soul.
This is a multi-leveled, creative process which anyone can do. No art experience is needed.
We all possess the wisdom we need to solve our troubles.
• relationships • family • work • health • addiction • body image • general happiness
There are many areas of our life were we can feel stuck, where we feel something is blocking us from manifesting our deepest desires, our true intent. We recognise we are often caught in old patterns of thinking about and reacting to what our life unfolds for us.
Finding a fresh perspective of our self, our life and the troubles we experience can be the key to finding our wisdom and the answers we are looking for.
SoulCollage workshops is an opportunity to find what you are looking for, your Wise Self!
At every workshop you will start making your own amazing Soul cards by selecting images, cutting them out and pasting them onto pieces of blank card. Every workshop is suitable for beginners to SoulCollage as well as those who have made cards before and would like to work in a group,
Your facilitator Suzanne Naseby creates a supportive safe environment for you to share with like-minded seekers in a small group setting.
Each SoulCollage card you make will reflect one facet of your Self - your Soul. These facets will speak to you and the words you hear will be your own Divine Wisdom. Over time, as you make more cards, the evolving deck will reflect your many aspects, the extraordinary panorama which is ‘you’ as a whole Being.
The workshop includes:
• Guidance on how to make the cards
• All the materials you need to make cards
• Learning how to work with your cards
• How to do the "I am one who ..." exercise
• A guided meditation thru the chakras
• Working in small groups to explore your card meanings
All materials are supplied!
The cards we create are arranged in suits to facilitate self-exploration and encourage self-acceptance. Creating and ‘reading’ your SoulCollage cards is fun, insightful and an amazing tool to assist you in rediscovering your soul's essence
An opportunity to explore, heal, and transform the Self through the fun and simple art of collage.

In a safe and nurturing space you will be guided through the SoulCollage process. You will experience the magic of SoulCollage as we explore, play and create our own cards and participate in "readings".
The SoulCollage process works with symbols, images, the chakras, animal companions and archetypes to discover the ongoing "story of you."
Every card is unique and personal, forming a visual journal that you can continue creating on your own.

"Thanks so much for the last workshop Suzanne, it was the best workshop/course I have ever attended!" Cheralyn D
"I found it very powerful – thanks for helping me get into it. I’m afraid it is a struggle for me to “park” the rational/conscious (self-conscious?) brain… Thanks once again" Ruth S
"Sometimes there are things deep down inside that I want to express but just can't find the words or do not understand the feelings. Soul collage is a great way for me to get in touch things, it is my souls way of talking to me ... I also find your support during the process to be invaluable, and it was the reason I felt safe to explore the deep feelings. Thanks again." Nadia P
|
ONE DAY WORKSHOP |
This is a full day of SoulCollage journeying. You will be introduced to the SoulCollage process. You will learn how the SoulCollage process works and why we gain such great personal insight. You will create several of your own cards as well as learn the "I am One Who ..." exercise to explore the deeper meaning and inner wisdom of your card. We will also journey in a guided visualisation to find your animal companions. All in a supportive safe environment and sharing with like-minded seekers in a small group setting. |

Skeletons & Dirty Linen: How to Write an Authentic Life Story
with Eileen Naseby & Suzanne Naseby
|
 |
Most of the facts and events of our lives are merely the framework within which our real living gets done. In order to tell an authentic life story we have to go beyond the periphery and find the realities that have actually shaped the core of who we are. Sometimes the truth we discover can be quite unpalatable, but it is also what makes it the most compelling reading.
A serious examination of our lives will reveal all these complexities as well as a multiplicity of unique stories. In order to be able to share our experiences we need to understand how the specific threads of our family history have contributed to our own particular story.
This 2 day workshop (2 consecutive Sundays) allows for an exploration of multigenerational family patterns and 'characters' motivations, as well as ongoing support to assist in developing your own personal creative writing style. Running 2 consecutive Sundays allows for 'homework' and reviewing of writing.
We will work individually and in small groups. With methods such as the genogram, which is used in Family of Origin Therapy, to show you how to pinpoint the influential ‘characters’ and ‘events’ in your family history. In the writing sessions Eileen will demonstrate how to tell your life story in an interesting way using creative writing techniques and exercises. |
"It was a workshop like no other I've attended before, raw, revealing, and well worth it."
Helen, Sydney
"I had no idea I could write like that, the emotions that were present on the page truly surprised me." Katrena, Sydney |
At the end of this workshop you will have the beginnings of a structure for your book and some short pieces of writing inspired by recovered memories and your own creativity.
These workshops are suitable for those who have just begun their memoir, as well as those who are at a more advanced stage. |

Aphrodite’s Temple: Bathe in Aphrodite’s healing ocean of self-love
with Lucy Cavendish & Suzanne Naseby
|
Come and enter the sweetness of Aphrodite's Temple
Aphrodite is a Goddess of deep self-love and belief in our innate beauty. She challenges our fears, and assists us in cleansing and releasing the blocks that keep us from experiencing true self love this lifetime.
She is a Water Goddess who adores laughter, who embodies attraction, whose sensuality inspires ecstasy. She has a great gift for joy, friendship, adornment and play - and so we too will enjoy a retreat of love, laughter, as well as deep release and healing.
You are beautiful.
You are beloved.
You are a Goddess.
Come and bathe in Aphrodite’s healing
ocean of self-love in this nurturing,
inspiring retreat for women
discovering their divinity.
|
When we accept Aphrodite's energy into our lives, we begin to love ourselves more deeply. We reshape our beliefs about our beauty, our bodies, our purpose and our worth in wonderful ways. When we discover this Goddess within our own selves, we will bathe in our own divinity, and be restored to our sacred feimnine selves.
Within the healing walls of this Temple of Love and Beauty we will:
• Gently unravel the sources for the beliefs and patterns we have created for ourselves
• Take loving responsibility for our lives and relationships
• Safely release and heal any woundings and harmful patterns
• Learn to shift our energies from fear to love
• Be guided in methods to help create true love, gratitude, creativity and joy
• Let go of labels and become empowered as our own unique selves
• Celebrate our unique beauty, talents, and learn of the gifts we can bring to the world
• Learn how to create enduring, loving friendships and connections
• Partake in a beautiful Aphrodite's Temple ritual in the sacred grove
• Discover how to work with the energy of powerful Love Goddeses and Gods
• Be introduced the healing energies of the beautiful dolphins
"She has come back to us ... piercing us all with her sweetness, her beauty..."
|
“The workshop challenged me to let go of some old belief systems and to embrace
new ones that reflect who I am now.” Angela
“A delectable workshop of creative and spiritual revelry, inspired and guided by the Goddess...
Lucy and Suzanne create a safe, nurturing and fun space within
which to explore the divinity in us all.” Angie |

Shamanic Pathways: Weekend Workshop
facilitated by Suzanne Naseby & Yeshi Eperjesi
|
Shamanism is the original religion. The ‘rediscovery’ of shamanic practice may be one of the most important spiritual developments of our era.
Shamanic Pathways offers men and women an opportunity to walk the ancient path of the shaman while bringing awareness and experience of 21st century living. Contemporary shamanism merges the wealth of shamanic practises, as we know it, passed down through time from countless traditions around the globe.
In this way Shamanic Pathways is essentially a soul centred practise that brings a conscious connection to the diverse healing powers of nature, spirit energy and the human psyche.
It is a personal practise incorporating the traditional way of the shaman with creative and intuitive ways of bringing wellbeing, guidance, empowerment and the expansion of consciousness.
Shamanic Pathways is an experiential workshop designed to offer a progressive and practical introduction to contemporary shamanic practise. We believe these practises can potentially become a way of life, influencing and informing all areas of modern living.
Over this upcoming weekend participants are introduced to core methods of how shamanic practise can assist us to enter non-ordinary reality for purpose of spiritual fulfilment, problem solving and healing. |
The Shamanic Pathways weekend will include:
Shamanic journeying - The shaman’s journey explores the hidden regions of the Otherworlds. Participants experience shamanic journeying, aided by drumming and other trance techniques, to drop into the shamanic state of consciousness and awaken dormant spiritual abilities, including connections with Nature.
Working with Power Animals - Many shamanic traditions suggest that we are assisted throughout our lives by the essence of various animals. These are often called Power Animals or Totem Animals. Discovering and working with these energies can assist us to connect with the essence of Nature as guide, advisor, and healer.
Making a Medicine Bag - These are ancient items used in many shamanic traditions to spiritually represent and aid the person who wears it. They contain gifts from Nature and the Otherworlds that are spiritually significant.
While shamanism is a timeless and ancient tradition it is not unchanged by human development and understandings. This course offers an introduction to core shamanic beliefs and experiences as a stepping-stone for continuing to deepen the journey through solo exploration and events such as our upcoming Sacred Questing weekends.
The wisdom and healing of Shamanic Pathways is available to all who choose to tread this ancient path.

Shamanic Pathways Residential - enter the Sweat Lodge |
facilitated by Suzanne Naseby & Yeshi Eperjesi |
This Shamanic Pathways residential offers men and women an opportunity to walk the ancient path of the shaman while bringing awareness and experience of 21st century living.
Contemporary shamanism merges the wealth of shamanic practises, as we know it, passed down through time from countless traditions around the globe.
The Sweat Lodge Ceremony is the main activity of this weekend ... but we will be doing much more!
Our focus is RELEASE - HEAL - RENEW!
We will be strengthening our awareness of and connection to our Energy Body. We will be opening to the deep wisdom of the Old Ones. We will be developing our relationships with our Power Animals and Ally Plants.
Imagine sitting in circle with fellow travellers of the ShamanicPathways ... we will journey together, learn from each other and immerse ourselves in the healing power of Nature.
In this way this weekend will essentially be a soul centred experience, brining conscious connection to the diverse healing powers of nature, spirit energy and the human psyche. While you will be working with others in a community setting it remains a personal practise. Yeshi and Suzanne will incorporate the traditional way of the shaman into creative and intuitive practises that bring wellbeing, guidance, empowerment and the expansion of consciousness.
This will be an experiential weekend designed to offer a progressive and practical introduction to contemporary shamanic practise. We believe these practises can potentially become a way of life, influencing and informing all areas of modern living.

Sweat Lodge Ceremony:
On Saturday we will be in ceremony all day. We will be energetically connecting with our sacred space, co-creating our lodge, building our altars, preparing the fire and of course the many rounds of ceremonial sweat lodge. Afterwards we will separately share sacred men's and women's business.
The Sweat Lodge Ceremony is an ancient tradition, symbolic of returning to the womb of Mother Earth. The ceremony encompasses both beginnings and endings. Each time we take part in a ceremony, we take a journey to the centre of our being, joined with the others and yet also alone. It is about birth, death and rebirth. It is a place where we can truly engage with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, in prayer for ourselves and for others. It is a place where we may receive purification, wisdom, insight, understanding and healing. This Ceremony has been practiced for thousands of years across many different lands.
Shamanic journeying:
On Sunday we will continue the shaman’s journey by exploring the hidden regions of the Otherworlds through shamanic journeying. This experience will be aided by drumming and other trance techniques, to assist us to drop into the shamanic state of consciousness and awaken dormant spiritual abilities, including connections with Nature.
Working with Power Animals:
On Sunday we will also work with our Power Animals and Ally Plants, using our journey experiences and the nature of the venue. Many shamanic traditions suggest that we are assisted throughout our lives by the essence of various animals. Discovering and working with these energies can assist us to connect with the essence of Nature as guide, advisor, and healer |

Hail sweet return of love & light
We invite you to join us in a weekend of transformation, change and celebration.
